NYCDS employees may provide assistance and information regarding paying bail directly to courts or correctional facilities but they will never solicit money, for any purpose, from clients or those acting on their behalf.
Any phone or other message doing so in the name of one of our employees is therefore very likely fraudulent and should be immediately reported.
